ABSTRACT
A tunable polarization-independent plasmon-induced transparency (PIT) metasurface based on connected half-ring and split-ring resonators is proposed to working in the terahertz band. We analyze PIT effect metasurfaces comprising of ring resonator split resonator. Due magnetic attenuation caused by reverse current between two resonators, relative position greatly affects strength effect. Magnetic weakens dark mode Through simulation experiment, it found that connecting can avoid achieve a stronger window. Furthermore, fourfold rotation structure silicon substrate achieves an optically controlled The design would provide significant guidance multifunctional active devices, such as modulators switches communication.
