ABSTRACT
A high-temperature-resistant linearly polarized single-frequency distributed Bragg reflector fiber laser is demonstrated by using a femtosecond and directly fabricating pair of gratings (FBGs) into an erbium-doped (EDF). high-reflection FBG with high birefringence prepared overexposure used as polarization selector. The integrated resonator cavity 0.82 cm to ensure operation. After annealing treatment, the can work stably at 600°C, no mode hopping happens different temperatures. By residual pump light suitable EDF amplify laser, narrow linewidth output power 26.3 mW, degree reaching 0.984, less than 4 kHz obtained.
