ABSTRACT
While retro-illumination of the anterior segment is part routine examination in ophthalmology, capturing a quality image very difficult. We have therefore developed new imaging device by modifying slit lamp. By using far-red light source, monochrome sensor and modifications to optical path, we were able obtain high-resolution images, without reflection dazzling patient. Here, for first time, present number potential applications this revisited technique.
