One Person or a Group of Doctors as Personal Health Care Provider: The Association with Quality of Care for Diabetes

ABSTRACT
<h3>Background:</h3> Diabetes (DM) is a common chronic condition, yet the quality of care varies. It unclear whether group doctors provides better than single person. <h3>Objective:</h3> To examine association between DM and patients reported having person, doctors, or none as their personal health provider. <h3>Methods:</h3> Cross-sectional analysis 2022 BRFSS survey data, which nationally representative estimates for US. The population studied was adults aged 18+ years with self-reported diagnosed type 1 2 DM. instrument used to assess comprised 6 measures from 2021 American Association Guidelines, summated composite measure individual measures. <h3>Results:</h3> A total n=11508, unweighted (n =3685106, weighted) individuals in 2022. 54.53% one person provider, while 38.78% 6.69% neither nor Patients provider had highest mean score measure.
