The conception and the history of ashi point, tender point myofascial trigger are described in paper. All three kinds reaction musculoskeletal pain visceral diseases. Theoretically, originates from theory muscle region meridian, soft tissue muscles muscular fasciae. Anatomically, is localized on boundary between muscles, attachment to skeleton (the starting ending points) motor neuromuscles. Pathologically, reflects disorders internal organ, few organ. To identify relationship among them very significant target treatment with acupuncture.
