ABSTRACT
To understand the regulation mechanism of eyestalk ablation on activities hepatopancreas, Illumina RNA-Seq and digital gene expression (DGE) analyses were performed to investigate transcriptome eyestalk, Y-organ, hepatopancreas E. sinensis identify genes associated with metabolism that are differentially expressed under conditions.A total 58,582 unigenes constructed from 157,168 contigs SOAPdenovo. A BlastX search against NCBI Nr database identified 21,678 an E-value higher than 10⁻⁵. Using BLAST2Go BlastAll software programs, 6,883 (11.75% total) annotated Gene Ontology (GO) database, 7,386 (12.6%) classified into 25 Clusters Orthologous Groups Proteins (COGs), 16,200 (27.7%) assigned 242 Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathways, 1,846 matched "metabolism pathways". The DGE analysis revealed 1,416 significantly in which 890 up-regulated 526 down-regulated. Of genes, 382 63 pathways. results real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) four related carbohydrate consistent those obtained analysis, demonstrates sequencing data satisfactory for further analyses. This paper reported transcriptom sinensis. provided different processes affected by ablation. These findings will facilitate investigations mechanisms organic substances during development reproduction crustaceans.
