ABSTRACT
Lactobacillus plantarum CCFM8246, which has a relatively strong copper binding capacity and tolerance to ions, was obtained by screening from 16 lactic acid bacteria in vitro. The selected strain then applied mouse model evaluate its protective function against intoxication vivo. experimental mice were divided into an intervention group therapy group; the received co-administration of CCFM8246 ion solution gavage, while treated with after 4 weeks exposure. In both two groups, alone that neither nor served as positive negative controls, respectively. At end period, content feces tissues, activity alanine aminotransferase (ALT) aspartate (AST) serum, oxidation stress indices liver kidney tissue determined. Learning memory ability evaluated Morris water maze experiments. results indicated treatment significantly increased promote excretion, reduce accumulation reverse oxidative induced exposure, recover ALT AST serum improve spatial mice.
