ABSTRACT
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)-seropositive women are more likely to have anogenital cancer, and high risk-HPV (HR-HPV) infection is the main associated factor. Between August 2013 December 2015, we conducted a descriptive study determine HPV genotypes HPV16 variants in cervical anal samples of HIV-seropositive with normal Pap test. The viral DNA was amplified by PCR using PGMY09/11 set primers. Reverse line blot (RLB), restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) sequencing assays were used genotypes. identified gene sequencing. We found frequency HR-HPV (60.3%; 76/126) at site among without association intercourse. European variant predominated HR-HPV. Mixed infections least three different types common, particularly site. CD4+ T-cell counts below 500 cells/mm3, HIV load above 50 copies/mL an age 18 35 years old all related infection. Our showed both sites negative cytology belonging risk group for development cancer.
