Methods This a retrospective cohort study. 146 who underwent pheochromocytoma (100 received and 46 Peking University First Hospital from January 1, 2002 December 31, 2015 were enrolled. primary outcome occurrence during hospital stay Multivariate Logistic regression models used association between choice anesthetic method complications. Results 17 (11.6%) developed stay. incidence lower than those (6% [6/100] 23.9% [11/46], P = 0.006). analysis showed use (OR 0.219, 95% CI 0.065–0.741; 0.015) risk, whereas male gender 5.213, 1.283–21.177; 0.021) perioperative blood transfusion 25.879; 3.130–213.961; 0.003) higher Conclusions For pheochromocytoma, may decrease
