ABSTRACT
Diminishing the cost of broiler chicken diet is a critical issue in poultry industry. Numerous studies were performed to achieve this pivotal objective by supplementation with alternative feed additives. In current study, low-energy rations supplemented different commercial multienzyme formulations minimize cost, and increase digestibility absorption digested macronutrients. Cobb Avian 48 chicks (mixed sex, 1-d-old, n = 3120) randomly allocated into six groups, each group was subdivided four replicates (130 birds per replicate). The control fed basal (CB); (CL); diets enzyme formulations. used Xylam 500® (CLX group), Hemicell® (CLH Avizyme® (CLA Megazyme® (CLM group,) following doses recommended manufacturers. growth performance CLA CLH significantly improved when compared CL. comparison CB, (p < 0.001) increased intestinal PEPT1, GLUT2, ACC, IL-2 expression; PEPT1 facilitates micronutrients. conclusion, exogenous complexes may be included enhance chickens (Avizyme® ˃ Megazyme®), reduce up-regulating expression nutrient transporter genes, improving immunity serum biochemical parameters chickens.
