ABSTRACT
It is unclear whether ideal cardiovascular health (CVH) behaviors and factors, particularly cumulative exposure to CVH (cumCVH), associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The aim of the study was examine effect cumCVH on CKD using data from Kailuan study. included 27,970 (21,199 males) community (China). participants were 19 98 years age. They followed in 2008–2009, 2010–2011, 2012–2013 by same medical staff that did initial physical examinations 2006–2007. Participants censored visit reporting CKD. A score created based seven AHA metrics. CVH1×timev1-v2+CVH2×timev2-v3+CVH3×timev3-v4. In fully adjusted model, compared lowest quintile cumCVH, individuals highest had a 75% lower risk (95% confidence interval (CI): 66–82%). Every additional year lived 1-unit increase an 11% CI: 9–13%) reduction incidence Furthermore, when we excluded each six metrics turn, association unaffected after exclusion individual factors. Ideal reduced Measurements are more likely reflect lifetime possibly other outcomes.
