ABSTRACT
The lower Maastrichtian site of Basturs Poble (southern Pyrenees, Spain) is the first hadrosaur bonebed reported from Europe. It an accumulation disarticulated lambeosaurine skeletal elements, possibly belonging to Pararhabdodon isonensis. sample shows high intraspecific morphological variability among many suggesting need for caution in choosing characters phylogenetic analyses. Juvenile adult individuals are represented sample, while hatchling remains absent. Bone histology reveals that juveniles over-represented and youngest by tibia specimens were two years old. Adult individuals, with tibiae 550-600 mm long, 14-15 old when they died. However, individual variation length at maturity occurs within so cannot be assumed on basis bone size alone. upper part C31r magnetochron. Thus, hadrosaurids already present abundant Ibero-Armorica Island end early P. isonensis spans (upper C31r-lower C29r).
