ABSTRACT
Despite extensive literature on leadership and its impact employee innovative behavior, few studies have explored the relationship between inclusive behavior. To address this gap, study aimed to investigate how influenced behavior by examining perceived organizational support (POS) as a mediator. We used multi-wave multi-source data collected at 15 companies in China test our theoretical model. Results revealed that had significantly positive effects POS Furthermore, was positively related partially mediated discussed implications limitations of well avenues for future research.
