ABSTRACT
The hemodialysis regimen is an inevitable and mandatory treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). During the dialysis journey, may experience maladaptation in terms of sleep disturbances, depressive symptoms, reduced health-related quality life (HRQOL). Psychosocial resources such as social support have beneficial influences on health outcomes, but studies rarely analyzed integrated relationships among risk factors which include pain, duration since diagnosis various outcomes Taiwan. This study aimed to bridge this gap by investigating related factors, support, HRQOL, composed physical (PQOL) mental (MQOL), ESRD patients.A correlational design was used, 178 aged 20 years or older were recruited via convenience sample. mediators, PQOL, MQOL using structural equation modeling.The findings showed that more than 70% participants reported poor quality, 32% symptoms.
