ABSTRACT
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect adding xanthan gum diet rats on production cytokines and pro-inflammatory factors tumor development in inoculated with Walker 256 cells. Methods Fifty-six were divided into 4 groups: control (C), (TC), (XG), (TXG). Results ingestion promotes changes cytokine content: increasing IL-6 TNF-α IL-10 retroperitoneal adipose tissue compared group; mesenteric C TXG groups.
