ABSTRACT
Rice-crab culture is the characteristic rice ecological breeding model used in Panjin area of Liaohe River Basin, China, and it can improve environment create increased economic benefits. From a food perspective, both yield quality, which are closely related to fertilization mode, should be considered. However, effect different modes on quality has not been comprehensively investigated this co-culture system. This study effects three modes(FP1, FP2, OPT) divided according types methods set up non-fertilized control group. In rice-crab system, FP2 fewer fertilizers had lower cost, was only slightly less than that OPT(highest yield) but there no statistical difference. elicited best appearance better cooking eating among all treatment modes. Compared with CK, significantly protein content decreased amylose content, would lead deterioration quality. However least increase reduction. There significant change crude fat starch content. Therefore, mode choice for as improved at relatively low cost.
