ABSTRACT
Chronic social defeat (CSD) can lead to impairments in interaction and other behaviors that are supposed model features of major depressive disorder (MDD). Not all animals subjected CSD, however, develop these impairments, maintained some is widely used as a for resilience stress-induced mental dysfunctions. So far, have mainly been studied shortly (24 hours 7 days) after CSD exposure longitudinal development behavioral phenotypes individual has mostly neglected. We analyzed novel object recognition behavior stressed mice at different time points found very dynamic courses animals. Instead the two groups, resilient or susceptible, early our data suggest four groups with (i, ii) behaving susceptible late points, respectively (iii) start recover (iv) but vulnerability later on.
