ABSTRACT
Wheat is one of the best-domesticated cereal crops and vital sources nutrition for humans. An investigation was undertaken to reveal potential novel bio-inoculants enriching micronutrients in shoot grains wheat crop eliminate hazards malnutrition. Sole as well consortia inoculation significantly enhanced mineral nutrients including zinc (Zn) iron (Fe) concentrations wheat. Various treatments increase Zn Fe content up 1-15% 3-13%, respectively. Bacillus aryabhattai (S10) impressively improves nutritious However, maximum minerals contents recorded by Paenibacillus polymyxa ZM27, subtilis ZM63 S10. This treatment also showed a bacterial population (18 × 104 cfu mL-1) rhizosphere. The consortium application these strains 17% yield. It evident from results that more effective than sole co-inoculation. A healthy positive correlation found between growth, yield, accessibility at harvesting stage. present investigations revealed significance improving nutritional status crops. These could be used biofortification combat hidden hunger developing countries.
