ABSTRACT
Objective To measure the situation of non-prescription sale antibiotics and service quality community pharmacies in Guangzhou, China. Methods A simulated client method was conducted to estimate based on scenarios about adult acute upper respiratory tract infection 2019. total 595 from 11 districts were investigated We used binary logistic regression evaluate factors associated with antibiotics. Results The proportion dispensing 63.1% China, a higher incidence antibiotic without prescription outer (69.3%). Cephalosporin (44.1%) Amoxicillin (39.0%) sold more often than other Chain had better performance quality. Traditional Chinese medicine commonly recommended by pharmacy staff. Conclusion Since is prevalent effective solutions should be determined. Strengthened public awareness regulatory system innovation are needed.
