ABSTRACT
Gut physiology and the bacterial community play crucial roles in insect susceptibility to infections insecticides. Interactions among Colorado potato beetle Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say), its associates, pathogens xenobiotics have been insufficiently studied. In this paper, we present our study of survival, midgut histopathology, activity digestive enzymes communities L . larvae under influence Bacillus thuringiensis var. tenebrionis ( morrissoni ) Bt ), a natural complex avermectins combination both agents. Moreover, estimated impact culturable enterobacteria on avermectins. An additive effect between was established regarding mortality larvae. Both agents led destruction tissues, decrease alpha-amylases alkaline proteinases, Spiroplasma leptinotarsae relative abundance strong elevation Enterobacteriaceae midgut. an enterobacterial CFU count observed avermectins, greatest enhancement after combined treatment. Insects pretreated with antibiotics were less susceptible but reintroduction predominant Enterobacter ludwigii , Citrobacter freundii Serratia marcescens increased We suggest that important role acceleration infection avermectin toxicoses may be mediated by alterations community.
