ABSTRACT
We evaluated in this cohort study the predictive ability of 23 peripheral blood parameters and ratios for treatment outcomes after 2-month intensive phase patients with PTB. In 63 out 90 that turned culture negative, a significant decrease white cell count, neutrophils, monocyte, hemoglobin, platelet, plateletcrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, MLR, NLR, PLR SII values anti-TB therapy compared to pretreatment was observed (p <0.001). Logistic regression analysis generated model predictors consisting nine covariates. Spearman’s correlation revealed positive correlations between NLR NEU (r = 0.79, p<0.01), 0.846, PLT 0.831, PCT 0.71, p<0.01) MPV P-LCR 0,897, negative 2 months treatment. ROC curve indicated all areas under (AUC) no statistically results, except lymphocyte conversion. summary, here we set hematological declined significantly as disease treated negative. Despite some limitations, our findings are useful further studies aiming identify profiles could predict outcome.
