ABSTRACT
In an era of growing international competition in modern viticulture, the study and implementation innovative technologies to increase production high-quality grapes wines are critical importance. this study, non-destructive portable sensor Multiplex, based on fluorescence sensing technique, was applied evaluate grape maturity parameters flavonol content understudied Pinot blanc variety. The effects environmental agronomical factors were investigated eight vineyards characterised by different microclimatic agronomic conditions. Furthermore, direct impact canopy management treatment dynamics oriented four cardinal directions assessed. Results highlight positive role moderate temperatures sunlight exposure content; however, no vineyard-elevation effect observed. ability modulate field represent crucial because their potential flavonoids-dependent wine characteristics, such as stability ageing. present for first time, two calibration curves reported pre- post-veraison periods between indices berry skin a good correlation observed Multiplex measurement total polyphenolic juice. Moreover, strong chlorophyll index with juice sugar titratable acidity revealed practical application sensors predict optimal harvest time grapes. conclusion, is high-potential tool evaluating composition variables white varieties.
