The continuum of care (CoC) throughout pregnancy, delivery and post-delivery has recently been highlighted as an integrated intervention programme for maternal, new-born, child health. Existing literature suggests the importance improved maternal health outcomes. However due to unavailability data at lowest administrative levels, on spatial pattern uptake full CoC is lacking. present study attempts focus analysis in India. The based fourth round National Family Health Survey conducted 2015-16 India. outcome variable used which includes- least 4 ANC visits, through skilled birth attendant postnatal check-up within 48 hours delivery. Univariate bivariate Local Indicator Spatial Association (LISA) maps have generated show across 640 districts We also employed regression techniques explore determinants CoC.Percentage women who followed was observed be East Kameng (0.0%) district Arunachal Pradesh highest North Goa (90.4%). Majority where more than 80 percent were found concentrated southern region Equivalently, findings indicated a strong clustering with high-high clusters mostly districts. Low-low are states Uttar Pradesh, Bihar Madhya Pradesh. For complete global Moran's I 0.73 indicating dependence. suggested that modern contraceptive use, meeting worker, urbanization secondary or above education positive impact utilisation CoC.The indicates level among women. policymakers stakeholders implement comprehensive interventions sub-regional levels ensuring completion acts preventive measure adverse outcomes such as-maternal mortality.
