ABSTRACT
Rapid outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 has caused the implementation movement control order (MCO) which aimed to reduce spread in Covid-19 infections. While some may find it easy adjust new norm, others found difficult switch from their normal routines and habits as according MCO SOP. This resulted a more frequent insomnia depression that subsequently impacted mental health. Insomnia levels are examined this study they relate Pandemic among Malaysian undergraduate health sciences students at Faculty Medicine Health Sciences, UPM. Random sampling methods were utilised with consideration inclusion exclusion criteria. The Patient Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) Severity Index (ISI) instrument packages used investigation. An internet platform was distribute questionnaire. Based on results, is concluded significantly correlated, p-value 0.05. also revealed link between severity UPM studying sciences. percentage rather high (54.9% 33.9%, respectively), occurred during second wave cases Malaysia.
