ABSTRACT
The aim of the current study was to evaluate toxic effect silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) on biochemical biomarkers, immune responses, and curative potential effects vitamin C E grass carp. Fish (n = 420) with an average initial body weight 8.045 ± 0.13 g were shifted glass aquaria (36 x 18 inches, filled 160-L tap water) in triplicates. Aquaria randomly designated as A, B, C, D alone Ag-NPs (Control (0), 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 mg/L) E, F, G + Vit. (0.25+0.25+0.25, 0.50+0.50+0.50, 0.75+0.75+0.75 mg/L). NPs particles administrated viz, oral intravenous routes for 7 days. results indicated that both had non-significant effect, but levels significant effect. Treatments showed decrease RBC, HGB HCT except WBC NEUT levels, which significantly increased. ALT, ALP, AST, urea, creatinine increase activity D, groups. CAT, SOD decreased all groups, while increased C. LYZ, TP, ALB, GLB low groups high Cortisol, glucose triglycerides triglycerides, COR, GLU. Cholesterol level same across treatment In conclusion, powerful antioxidants protect fish against dose 0.75mg/L, 0.25mg/L presumably safe . idella
