Mothers age ≥ 35(AOR = 1.21,95% 1.06,1.16), mothers’ primary education (AOR 1.18, 1.13, 1.23), 1.58, CI:1.51,1.66), higher 1.61,95% CI:1.49,1.75), rich wealth status 1.05,95% CI 1.01,1.10), ANC visits 1–7 CI:1.51, 1.73), antenatal (ANC) visit 8 above 2.54,95% 2.32, 2.77), health facility delivery 4.37, CI:4.16,4.58), lived east 0.23,95% (0.20,0.26), central(AOR 0.21,95% 0.19,0.24), west African sub-regions 0.21, 0.27), Urban dwellers 1.22,95% 1.17,1.27), low community poverty 1.21 1.11,1.31) associated Conclusion finding study showed that overall prevalence a countries low. concerning issue requires immediate attention. Age respondents, level education, status, visits, place delivery, residence, poverty, sub-region individual-level variables significantly Strategies should focus increasing access services, particularly vulnerable populations, such younger mothers, those lower levels, individuals residing impoverished communities improve
