ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to discuss how cross-border e-commerce enterprises can promote the sustainable development supply chain by optimizing risk disruption and product quality control mechanism low-carbon agricultural products in face problem uneven inventory shortage that prevails under framework economy. Methods: A two-level model consisting a risk-averse enterprise two risk-neutral overseas suppliers constructed compare optimal strategies their coordination effects centralized decentralized decision-making modes, deeply analyze chain’s operation mechanism. Further, cost factor introduced an option contract designed quantitatively impact different scenarios parameter changes on overall performance. results study show contract, profit companies tends decrease as increases, while rises accordingly. Meanwhile, improving significantly improve profitability chain. cost-sharing positively related companies, but negatively affects suppliers. In addition, adjustment price directly associated with increase specific supplier’s enterprise’s profit. Conclusion: By constructing analyzing considering disruption, effectively reveals key influencing factors interactions products, provides achieve quality, mitigate then products.
