ABSTRACT
Escherichia coli F18 is a common conditional pathogen that associated with variety of infections in humans and animals. LncRNAs have emerged as critical players infection, but their role the resistance host to bacterial diarrhea remains unknown. Here, we used piglets animal model identified an antisense lncRNA termed FUT3-AS1 regulator related E . infection by RNA sequencing. Downregulation expression contributed enhancement IPEC-J2 cells. knockdown reduced FUT3 via decreasing H4K16ac level promoter. Besides, FUT3-AS1/miR-212 axis could act competing endogenous regulate expression. Functional analysis demonstrated target plays vital cells invasion. A Fut3 -knockout mice was established obviously improved ability diarrhea. Interestingly, enhance susceptibility activating glycosphingolipid biosynthesis toll-like receptor signaling which are formation immune response, respectively. In summary, novel biomarker modulates histone H4 modifications or miR-212/ axis, will provide theoretical guidance develop strategies for combating piglets.
