ABSTRACT
This paper affords an update review over the state of art regarding importance physical fitness and significance different combination approaches between resistance aerobic training, as well conditioning methods exercise alone on improvements, specifically explosive strength cardiorespiratory in prepubertal children.The main research conclusions can be summarized as: i) Resistance training reliable to improve muscle children; ii) A proper quantifiable frequency intensity remains unclear; iii) No differences have been found girls boys capacity improvements after intrasession concurrent , or alone; iv) In adults, seems more effective than v) Aerobic biomechanically specific may minimize adaptation interference when concurrently training; vi) adolescents, is equally compared alone, efficient vii) Optimum sequence was determined by individual purposes program; viii) Performing prior produces endurance gains, while performing appears adequate obtain improvements; ix) sessions
