ABSTRACT
Objective: Viral pneumonia cases occur quite frequently in the community.The rate of viral infections community-acquired is about 25%.severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) and influenza are also viruses that can cause pneumonia.In this study, we aimed to determine co-infection Coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) cases. Methods:The data adult patients who applied Bezmialem Vakıf University Hospital between March 6, 2020, May 21, which were positive with SARS-CoV-2 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test antigen retrospectively scanned from hospital automation system.Results: PCR was found 498 our hospital.Two hundrend-sixty these hospitalized 238 followed up on an outpatient basis.In 88 studied, 6 them had antigen.COVID-19 not detected. Conclusion:In order exact COVID-19 co-infection, it necessary evaluate appropriate clinical picture beginning seasonal period by using reverse transcription-PCR for two infections, if possible.Further research needed area.
