ABSTRACT
Objectives : It was conducted to experimentally analyze the effects of acupuncture treatment at CV12, ST25, and ST36 on weight, FBCS, fat metabolism, microbiome, metabolome changes in general diet rat high-fat rat.Methods classified into four groups: & non-treatment group (ND), (ND+AT), (HFD), (HFD-AT).After performed ST36, body were analyzed.Results Compared ND group, ND+AT had no significant effect.Compared HFD HFD+AT reduced inflammatory cytokine IL-6 expression, lipid droplet accumulation liver tissue.Acupuncture can promote metabolism relieve conditions.Differences diversity between groups clear fecal metabolites, serum metabolites.As a result some microbiome metabolites involved decomposition, intestinal absorption, blood concentration control, such as Intestinimonas, Ruminococcus 1, pyroglutamic acid, tryptophan, inositol, it observed that effect evident diseaseinduced imbalance.Conclusions Acupuncture clearly various regulatory actions obesity induced by diet, confirming action mainly plays role controlling an unbalanced state.
