ABSTRACT
In this study, a micro-sized lactate sensitive biosensor based on polyvinylchloride, quinhydrone and graphite composite pH sensing platform was developed. Lactate oxidase immobilized the layer as biorecognition element. Transformation reaction of to pyruvate hydrogen peroxide basis system. reaction, undergoes give hydronium ions into solution, membrane detects adjunct potentiometrically. The surface matrice first examined for electrochemical elucidation by using cyclic voltammetry impedance spectroscopy. A linear response in concentration range from 5x10-5 1x10-1 mol/L obtained with detec-tion limit 2x10-5 mol/L. developed successfully applied highly precise efficient determination food preparations. exhibited fast time (10 s), had good stability, an extended lifetime.
