ABSTRACT
Utilizing smart mobile devices for entertainment, education, and social networking has grown recently. Even though applications are getting more sophisticated resource-intensive, the computing power of is still constrained. Mobile phone can perform better by shifting parts their functions to cloud servers. However, because frequently positioned far from users, there may be a significant unpredictable delay in data transfer between users cloud. It crucial since customers value rapid responses greatly. Users phones get close-up access information technology services thanks edge computing. In this article, main goal use an artificial bee colony meta-innovative algorithm solve problem placing servers Moreover, load balancing one challenges discussed article. To deal with issue, determination locations using considering distribution workload as cost function focused issue study. The results proposed method compared criteria. K-means clustering show superiority regard loading criteria method.
