Begomovirus identification then by polymerase chain reaction method using universal primers SPG1/SPG2, followed an analysis of amplified target DNA sequences. The incidence yellow reached 100% at all sites severity 18%−87%. specific fragment measuring 912 bp successfully 12 samples. Sequence fragments showed highest homology with Pepper Indonesia (PYLCIV). Further phylogenetic confirmed relationship between PYLCIV isolates various Indonesia.
