ABSTRACT
Currently, biogas as an alternative fuel has been widely used in the community, including lamps and stoves. There a surplus of some production regions due to relatively small need for fuel.So that most users utilize become generator fuel.Yet, application there is drawback, namely instability electric power generated per unit time. This caused by not achieving optimal water-fuel ratio because volume from reactor fluctuating based on raw material, such processed cow dung. Therefore, control method using PID Controller constructed determine best value AFR dual generator. The objective generate output power. The set tool energy or electrical supply loads this research are lamps.Power produced ranges 100 1200 watts. The affected mixture air fuel. The fuel. From results study, stable response with overshoot below 0% its error 2%.In addition, best-obtained 15.06.Furthermore, stability also influenced flow rate mass injected into combustion chamber. From simulation results, when given point at watts, obtained 0.03754 kg/s, 0.002367 gasoline constant 0.000125 kg/s.Meanwhile, watts 0.009928 kg/s chamber, 0.0005341 kg/s.In research, complete system 15.06.The have shown successfully implemented regulate AFR, can be constant.
