ABSTRACT
This study aimed to investigate the clinical data of patients with acute ischemic stroke who received low-dose intravenous (IV) thrombolytic therapy (0.9 mg/kg; maximum 50 mg) for various reasons, compare obtained results those standard-dose therapy, and discuss them in light literature.Patients IV within 4.5 h symptom onset between January 2015 June 2018 were retrospectively reviewed. Patients divided into group max. max 90 according dose, after which demographic analyzed.A total 109 receiving (19 group) included study. There was no significant difference two groups terms good outcome rates (47.4% vs. 52.2%). statistically symptomatic asymptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage rates.Our showed similar efficacy safety compared administered stroke.
