ABSTRACT
The effects of different sucrose concentrations, light spectra, and plant growth regulators on in vitro tuberization yam (Dioscorea sp.) were determined. A completely randomized experimental design was used a factorial arrangement, with five replications. In the first experiment, three concentrations (30, 60, 90 g.L-1) four naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) (0.0, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 mg.L-1) tested. highest percentage observed use g.L-1 sucrose, regardless NAA used. Greater diameter (7.88 mm) fresh weight (166.13 mg) obtained by increasing concentration to g.L-1. second LED spectra (white, blue. red), two (0.0 1.0 mg.L‑1), kinetin (KIN) 2.0 Tuberization (%) showed higher averages blue (90.5 %) or red (95.5 mg.L-1 KIN (91.1%). culture medium without led larger number microtubers (1.67), as did (1.65) (1.73) lights, at (1.58) (1.68). Higher microtuber 0.0 KIN, NAA, (276.9 white (320.4 spectra. 1 blue-light spectrum increase production microtubers.
