ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to evaluate the in vitro viability pollen from genipap accessions at ambient temperature different culture media. Pollen grains were collected Genipap Active Germplasm Bank (BAG Jenipapo) Embrapa Tabuleiros Costeiros Jorge Sobral Experimental Field municipality Nossa Senhora das Dores, Sergipe, Brazil. Three media evaluated combination with 11 evaluation times and 4 accessions. In through germination tube using carmine acetic AR2, AR4, CA, CR3 cultivated in: Lora, Sousa, modified Sousa medium. A significant effect (p ≤ 0.05) observed among interactions time after inoculation, media, accession factors regarding vitro. highest obtained by Lora medium 96 h incubation (86.56%). Regarding 1%, there no difference for AR2 CR3. However, a 168 h, decrease AR4 accession, 64.74%. is superior studies accessions, genetic-dependent response
