[Efficacy of Combination Chemotherapy of Gemcitabine and Nedaplatin for Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Urinary Tract : Experience of Four Cases].

We report the use of combination chemotherapy gemcitabine (800 mg/m² on day1 and 8) nedaplatin (60 day 1), including neoadjuvant therapy in four cases squamous cell carcinoma urinary tract. In each case, dose was reduced after assessing performance status renal function patient. Among cases, best overall outcome complete response one partial two stable disease case. The main adverse event observed thrombocytopenia; however, no serious events were observed, this regimen safely administered.
