ABSTRACT
Technological advances and the rising trend of smartphone usage have affected almost every area life facilitated transaction process between buyers sellers. The adoption smartphones in business sector provides flexibility convenience for individuals to carry out daily shopping activities. It is worth noting that behaviours related intentions SMEs adopt mobile payment systems their actual use been ignored academic literature. This study aims explore behaviour system with help an extended technology-organisation-environment (TOE) framework model. collected data from two countries (China Pakistan) at different time points (interval one year). uses multiple regression neural network analysis analyse data. results this show by has encouraged technology promote activities era intense competition. In addition, also discussed implications, limitations, directions future research.
