ABSTRACT
Because of its complex structure, narrow channel, large metal removal rate and material belonging to difficult-to-machine material, the machining blisk is very difficult. It one effective methods solve above problems by applying plunge milling technology, tool design cutting parameters optimisation are great significance. Firstly, finite element method used analyse geometrical static modal analysis carried out ensure strength stability milling. Secondly, experimental research on titanium alloy was finished using designed tool, influence force analysed. Finally, based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, optimised, rationality verified through study wear. [Submitted 3 January 2018; Accepted 28 December 2018]
