Transformational travel for well-being and meaning-making

ABSTRACT
The study explores people's travel experiences to understand the potential of travelling as a complementary and alternative therapy for transformation well-being. is qualitative applies transcendental phenomenology mode inquiry. A total twelve people were interviewed through purposive snowball sampling. Methods developed by Moustakas used data analysis. Respondents described their lived around three major themes: physical activities, healing from nature, stress buster. It was found that transformational produces significant positive effects enhances can be medicine mental health well-being issues it helps in meaning-making.
