ABSTRACT
As vital medical fields, medicine and nursing play key roles in the healthcare industry, particularly during coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. In this way, it is of utmost importance to lay much focus on factors that help improve care quality provided by workers. Against background, present study aims evaluate effect spiritual intelligence (SI) organisational happiness (OH) (NCQ) hospitals Moscow, Russia, 2021. applied research, a descriptive-correlational design utilised for data collection. total, 750 nurses are working these hospitals, so 256 cases as participants selected simple random sampling, based Krejcie Morgan's table. The collected via standardised questionnaires. addition, analysis performed using LISREL SPSS software packages. According results, SI has positive significant OH (t-statistic = 12.457, β 0.601). Furthermore, relationship observed between NCQ 8.546, 0.504). Ultimately, 9.213, 0.532).
