ABSTRACT
This study assessed indicators of the need for insulin therapy and effect treatment on pregnancy outcomes in Japanese patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). All diagnosed GDM were hospitalized three days. Plasma glucose profiles under strict dietary management characteristics high daily levels investigated. Patients who failed to achieve glycemic targets treated insulin. Indicators Pregnancy prescribed compared.
