In one patient intraoperative TEE, problem solved rotation occluding device. other four patients postoperatively different strategies treatment were taken. but case reoperations, dysfunctional biological been submitted to valvoplasty (two rheumatic degenerative valves). According our policy, started sodium warfarin therapy 24 h after order keep International normalized ratio (INR) values between 2.5–3.5. Only thrombus/pannus confirmed. Conclusions: call attention causes than thrombosis that can provoke block importance performing TEE valve replacement. also emphasize fact evolve without major symptoms cardiac events.
