ABSTRACT
The combination of a solitary pelvic kidney and an abdominal aortic aneurysm is extremely rare. We demonstrate chimney graft implant in patient with kidney. A 63-year-old man was diagnosed found incidentally. Preoperative computed tomography illustrated fusiform accompanying ectopic the pelvis aberrant renal artery. bifurcated endograft implanted, covered stent placed into artery using technique.
