ABSTRACT
Abstract This essay begins with a brief account of the French linguistic structuralism and very briefly some aspects post-structuralist critique it, here represented by Lacan and, Deleuze, Guattari as response to it. Against this backdrop, purpose is show that came earlier than one, namely Russian philosopher dialogic speech literary scholar Mikhail Bakhtin in 1920s.
