The paper has how objetive to analyze the thinking of CEPAL in 50 starting from your main theses, as analysis underdevelopment and notion center periphery, their proposals: protectionism planning economy, reducing inflation, regional integration import substitution. Finally, some features this thought that influenced Brazilian political thought, such as: structuralism, predominance a macro perspective development peculiar view history through historical-structuralist developed by Commission reduced role, or almost nil, social actors analysis.
