ABSTRACT
Developmental, cellular, and subcellular variations in the direction of neuronal Cl<sup>–</sup> currents elicited by GABA<sub>A</sub> receptor activation have been frequently reported. We found a corresponding variance reversal potential (E<sub>GABA</sub>) for synapses originating from individual interneurons onto single pyramidal cell.
