ABSTRACT
The investigated powders on a methylcellulose base revealed good adhesion to the vaginal mucosa and were present it throughout daily activities of patient. This property enabled continuity 24-hour action drug. treatment vagina inflammatory conditions is usually long difficult because frequent relapse. Powders transformed into gels tested for their properties. Formulations prepared with varying pH rheological test showed work gels. All ratios lactic acid chitosan 1:1 2:1 in physiological range at 37°C. Additionally, carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt excipients allow various formulations wide be obtained. Rheological investigation an increase dynamic viscosity preparations containing complexed comparison without salt.
